My Approach

My approach is integrative and collaborative.drawing from therapeutic models such as Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Person-Centred Therapy. This flexibility allows us to find a way of working that feels right for you, supportive, meaningful, and effective.

Care is guided by trauma-informed principles—safety, freedom to express valid needs and emotions, choice, trust, collaboration and empowerment—so you have a calm, respectful space to make sense of your experiences and build lasting change. Pacing is agreed together, with stabilisation and skills established before any deeper work.

Together we will agree clear goals, review progress regularly, and adapt the approach as your needs change.
